As we get older, we become less efficient at maintaining bone density and strength. Cal20 is a low-dose, bioavailable natural milk calcium mineral complex that can improve calcium uptake and increases bone density and resilience, to help you keep doing what you love, for longer.

Learn about Cal20 and it's effectiveness

Watch a short two minute video on Cal20 and find out how radically different this innovative product is from common calcium.

Cal20 customer Lindy Botha tells her story about using Cal20. In this interview, Lindy explains how the milk based calcium supplement has changed her life for the better.

Dr Duncan Carmichael provides a scientific background to how Cal20 delivers effective Elemental Calcium to the areas where our body needs it most.

Micronized & Ionic

Being ionic and with a particle size of less than 40 microns plays a significant role in Cal20’s near 100% bioabsorption

Mineral complex

Our natural calcium rich mineral complex is extracted from milk whey with its natural ratios, making it easier for the body to use effectively.

Probiotics

Added probiotics significantly improves the ability to digest all the active ingredients effectively and helps with bone mineralisation.

Vitamin D3

Each tablet has 200iu of Vitamin D3 which assists the body to drive the natural calcium mineral complex into the bones.

Soy Isoflavones

These stimulate the bone osteoblasts to wake up and get to work building bone. They have also shown the benefit of reducing symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flushes.

Phosphorous 2:1

The calcium to phosphorus balance in is 2:1. The same is found in human bones, which improves absorption. The body uses the calcium and phosphate to hold the bone structures together like cement.

Client reviews

“I did not want to stay on the bisphosphonate drug Boniva that I was taking since 2018. I read that 5 years is the maximum amount of time you should stay on these drugs as they can cause long term issues like jaw necrosis and femur fractures. So when you told me about Cal20, I happily went off the Boniva and only took your supplement that has shown to increase bone density. When you find something, you know it has nothing bad in it and is pure, you just want to keep taking it, especially if it makes you feel good. I know everything in Cal20 is good. It just has what the label says it has in it and it works.”

My nails are no longer breaking or peeling even though I garden all the time. I used to think it was the soil that made my nails break but now they are firm and strong. I can definitely see a difference in my hair too. It is much healthier than what it was. On the whole I feel really good since taking Cal20 and I will definitely keep taking it.
Jill Bowden
“After taking Cal20 for two years my bones are not osteoporotic anymore and I only have osteopenia. This is so significant because normally you go downhill when you are diagnosed with Osteoporosis, even if you do take the pharmaceutical drugs that your doctor prescribes. For me, improving my bone density so significantly is incredible and yes it has made a huge improvement in my life. I don’t suffer with pain anymore. I used to suffer with significant lower lumber backache and that has improved immensely. It really has changed my life now and going forward!”

+-60% Calcium

Elemental Calcium is the most abundant mineral in bones and in Cal20.

+-30% Phosphorus

Phosphorous combines with calcium to form hydroxyapatite crystals, which is the primary structural component of bones and teeth.

+-8% Magnesium

Magnesium is another essential mineral found in bones. Magnesium contributes to bone structure and plays a role in over 300 enzymatic reactions within the body.

+-2% Potassium

Potassium is also present in small amounts in bones. It is essential for maintaining proper fluid balance, nerve function, and muscle contractions.

Sodium

Sodium is present in bones in trace amounts. It helps maintain fluid balance within the body and plays a role in nerve function and muscle contractions.

Supporting ingredients added to Cal20

1

Vitamin D3 – aids the body to absorb the minerals specifically the calcium.

2

Soy Isoflavones – mimics the effects of estrogen which helps to wake up the osteoblasts which builds our bones.

3

Probiotics – aids in the digestion and absorption of calcium into the bones.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common calcium supplements are usually extractions from limestone (known as Calcium Carbonate). Studies have shown that our bodies struggle to absorb this form of calcium, often only managing to absorb 2%. It is like chalk. Cal20 is uniquely designed to be 100% bioavailable, which means it naturally integrates into your body chemistry with the least amount of side effects.

The calcium in Cal20 is derived from cow’s milk. The calcium is extracted from the milk, using our patented process, along with potassium, phosphorus and magnesium occurring naturally in the milk. This creates the calcium rich mineral complex found in Cal20. We then add the probiotics, vitamin D and isoflavones to increase the absorption of Cal20 into the bones, which give it the near 100% bioavailability never seen in calcium supplements before.

Each Cal20 tablet contains:
  • Phosphorus: 135mg
  • Magnesium: 42.5mg
  • Potassium: 10mg
  • Magnesium from magnesium oxide: 30mg
  • Calcium: 275mg
  • Vitamin D3: 200iu
  • Soy Isoflavones: 30mg
  • Probiotics: 8 Million CFU (Lactobacillus sporogenes)
Cal20 is free from fillers, heavy metals and lead

If you have a family history of osteoporosis, or if you have risk factors such as being female, postmenopausal, over the age of 65, eat vegan, have a history of an eating disorders, have a small body frame, or have had chemotherapy, you should consider taking action against possible osteoporosis sooner rather than later. The best time to prevent a life-threatening condition like osteoporosis is yesterday. The second best time is today. Have a bone density scan as soon as possible.
Studies conducted in the USA and India saw remarkable improvements in bone density and the alleviation of symptoms associated with Osteoporosis in over 85% of the participants. There are a number of Clinical studies available to read:  “Efficacy of Cal20 in post menopausal females” and “Clinical Study of Bioavailable Calcium-Probiotics”. For a top line view of all the studies which support Cal20, have a look at “Summary of three published Clinical Trials” We also recommend watching this interview with Lindy Botha who no longer has Osteoporosis after taking Cal20 for over a 2 year period.

What makes CAL20 so unique?

We use a patented extraction technique, we call ultrafiltration, which gives a higher yield of absorbable calcium from whey. The percentage absorption of Calcium has been estimated to be 64.2% from Whey Mineral Concentrate without the addition of Probiotics. However when Probiotics are added, multiple benefits are seen with further enhanced absorption of Calcium.

Osteoporosis: The Silent Killer

Osteoporosis literally means “bone that is porous”, It is a disease in which the bone density and bone mass is reduced . This loss of density and mass causes the bones to become more porous thus more brittle and fragile. This in turn increases the risk of fracturing the bones if you slip or fall.
