Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns, except those approved for our 90 day money back guarantee, must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@youngerforlife.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (MA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your

return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

• A refund will be processed for each single product order ONLY if it is requested within 30 days of purchase no exceptions. You don’t need to return the product back to us.

• If you have successfully registered for our 90 day money back guarantee, please see the terms and conditions here.

• If you place an order for multiple of one product (like a three-pack), you must return the unopened containers at your expense to receive a full refund. Email support@y41.health with your order number. Our 30-day return policy still applies.

• We recommend you order one of each product if you are trying it for the first time to avoid return shipping expenses. Shipping products back that are empty will not qualify you for a refund.

• Orders that reach our warehouse CANNOT be canceled. Orders are no longer editable or cancelable when they have been submitted to our warehouse. It is your responsibility to make sure the address and products you are ordering are correctly entered before submitting the order.

• International clients have 30 days from the date the order was confirmed as delivered to receive a refund. Same rules above apply.
